A system that integrated of constructing a building by completing structural and architectural façade works floor-by-floor utilizing a planning timetable and moveable screens.
THE INVENTION
The invention utilizes a method of completing each floor with all structural and architectural features, including external doors, windows, balcony railing, aircon, ledge, and plastering within a period of 8 to 15 days.
Construction is carried out four storeys at a time, with the first floor completed as the fifth storey is raised.
